So I set up Onelife2_run

What are we all about, I hear you say?

Primarily onelife2_run attracts people who would like to do some running based exercise. But they all tell me “Where do I start”. Well we start from the very beginning. Yes we literally learn how to run. You may never have looked at yourself as a runner or even considered running as an exercise and for one reason or another you have stayed away from it as an aerobic way to get fit. But we can make it fun, mixed up with walking and lots of fun in a group environment you can make changes to your fitness level.

Sure, yes you have to make the effort but allow me to help as your motivation and guide you along your journey.
